The Big View Diner is a freestanding upscale diner in south Charlotte. By upscale, they mean in design and quality of ingredients; it will still be affordable and family-friendly. Being from the northeast, owner Stratos Lambos and his partners grew up in the diner business with their fathers, so this comes naturally to them. The open kitchen will include a full bakery where baker/owner Frank Kaltsounis can prepare desserts for all three of their restaurants. |

Although he is a particular fan of cycling, swimming, running and triathlon, he will photograph anything competitive.
